In the pre-workshop workbook, you'll define your preferred client using the benefits of your product/services.
Then during the workshop, we’ll learn how to attract your preferred client through customer interview and branded business systems so you can improve your customer experience in a way that attracts and retains more customers… and even results in referrals!
How do you know if your systems, your marketing, and your efforts in your business are effective? How do you measure your efforts to grow your business? Is what you’re doing hampering or helping?
So many entrepreneurs struggle to know which areas to grow their business and put a lot of time and energy and money into areas that are just not effective for their goals. In this workshop, we’ll talk about how to gather and evaluate data that can help you look at your business in a whole new way. With your new understanding, you’ll be able to effectively choose the direction you need to go and be able to go in that direction with confidence!
