Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need more than one headshot?
Yes! And here’s why: During our session, I work hard to create amazing headshots by frequently showing you the back of the camera and discussing what we might want to do to perfect a shot. When you receive them, you're going to love about half of them. I want you to have the option and variety to choose the exact shot you want.
When will I receive my images?
In general you should receive your images two to three weeks after your shoot. During this time I'm reviewing all the images, selecting the very best, retouching every selected image, and preparing it to give to you.
If you need your images sooner, I offer expedited editing, which has to be based on my availability to work with your images. Expedited editing means you can have your images within a week of your shoot. See below for details.
I have a specific location in mind, but there's a fee to use it.
If the location you want your shoot at needs to be scheduled in advance or has a fee to use it, then the client (you) are responsible for scheduling that location and paying for it.
Do you charge a travel fee?
If your desired photography location is more than 30 miles away from me, then there is a travel fee of $0.58 per mile. If you don’t live in Utah and want my photography services, please contact me for how to arrange that. We'll discuss location (and if there's a travel fee) during our strategy session(s) if needed.

Expedited Photography
Our normal turnaround for photography is two to three weeks after the shoot date. With Expedited Editing, you'll receive your images within 7 business days from your shoot. Expedited Editing must be requested during your consultation call and is not a guaranteed add-on. The fee for Expedited Editing will be added to your photography invoice.

Hair & Make-Up Stylist ($125)
For women, I always recommend a stylist, because then you know you look your absolute best. Everyone is beautiful and a stylist only helps to enhance what is already there. Adding a makeover to your session will add an additional hour. Basic services include complete make-up and hair styling.
If you would like more involved services, such as lash extensions or a hair cut or color, I will put you in touch with one of our stylists to arrange the cost and scheduling of those services.
